Guest Tee Time Reservation Information:

Reservations for 2 to 4 Golfers can be made up to 4 days in advance.
The Booking Engine cannot process requests for more than 4 golfers at a time. If your group has more than 4 players - simply reserve an additional tee time(s) using the "Book Another" feature after completing your initial reservation. Tee Times with less than 4 golfers may be paired up unless you have reserved and pay for all fees within that Tee Time.

Reservations for Single Golfers are not accepted online.
Single Golfers can call the Pro Shop to make a reservation.

Reservations for Large Groups can call the Pro Shop or use Outing Request Form. 

Credit Card will be required to guarantee payment for all golfers in your group.
You will not be charged until you check-in at the Pro Shop.

24 Hour Change / Cancellation Policy:
CANCEL your reservation without penalty, no later than 24 hours prior to your tee time, using the Link on your Confirmation Voucher OR by calling our Pro Shop during business hours.
CHANGE your reservation (modify # of reserved players) by calling our Pro Shop during business hours.
No Shows will be charged to the credit card that was provided at the time of booking.

Rain Checks:
Rain Checks are issued when the course is closed due to unplayable conditions or dangerous weather conditions.
Prorated credits will be issued based on the number of holes played. Refunds are not issued.

Vermont State Law Prohibits Alcoholic Beverages That Are Not Purchased From WGC.
Personal Coolers are not allowed regardless of contents.

Golf Cart Riders Pair Up/Share Cart. Maximum 2 Carts Per Group.
Insurance Regulations allow only Licensed Drivers to operate carts. Maximum 2 people per cart.

Spectators / Non-Golfers are Prohibited Without Approval from Our Professional Staff.
Family Members may accompany your group upon approval and paid Guest Fee / Cart Fee.

Pace of Play Policy – 4 Hrs. and 15 Min. to Complete 18 Holes.
We ask all groups to maintain our Scorecard’s Pace Par and/or keep pace with the group ahead. Slow Groups will be asked to increase pace and/or skip a hole to catch up. Golfers preferring a slower pace are welcomed, but encoraged, to play during our Non-Peak Hours.
